Beginner Yoga- This class offers the basic poses for anyone new to yoga. The focus of this class is on proper alignment and some modifications to some of the more popular poses. In this class, students should walk away with a basic understanding of yoga and how it affects the body.
All Levels Yoga-A class where all Yogi’s are welcome! The class will consist of stretching, moving through poses, core work and balance. Some poses will be more challenging than others but modifications will be available and beginners are always welcome!
Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations)-Surya Namaskar is a yoga body challenge. Also called “sarvanga sundaram asana” which means “Total Body Workout”. Surya Namaskar is very powerful practice activate the sun energy within you. It involves yoga asanas done with very slow movements with alignment and with the awareness of breath,and slowly moves into meditation flow. This practice includes asanas, pranayama and meditation techniques, fully awakening the sense of breath to movement with a strong focus on alignment.
Gentle Yoga- Designed to revitalize the body, relax the mind and reduce stress, this slow moving Yoga class synchronizes movement with breath for the perfect mind and body connection. Great for beginners and anyone wanting to restore their internal balance.
Hatha Yoga- Suitable for all levels, and because of its slower pace, it is a great class if you’re just starting out your yoga practice. Hatha yoga concentrates on physical health and mental well-being. Hatha yoga uses bodily postures (asanas), breathing techniques(pranayama), and meditation techniques(dyana) with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind. Hatha Yoga aligns the body allowing the energy to flow freely especially through the spine – the main energy channel of the body. Ha – translates as “sun” and Tha translates as “moon”. Hatha Yoga balances these two energies bringing balance to body and mind. In our physical practice we work on balancing flexibility and strength, steadiness and surrender in each pose. It asks us to bring our attention to our breath, which helps us to still the fluctuations of the mind and be more present in the unfolding of each moment.
Yin Yoga-A relaxing class designed for anyone with sore, tight muscles. A typical class usually consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for 3-5 minutes. Holding poses allows the student to experience the pose and experience the mental and physical state of the body. This All-levels Yoga class will be lit entirely by candlelight and is a peaceful way to end your day.
Yin/Yang Yoga-This class blends two styles of yoga into one practice – bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures. The class will start with Yin Yoga to calm the mind and to work on the joints before the muscles are warm. Next, the class flows into a more active practice working on the (Yang) muscles and blood flow, building strength, stamina and flexibility. Combining both Yin and Yang elements in one class provides a balanced practice and can have a powerful effect on energy levels.
Rhythmic Yoga-An upbeat class that is in between traditional Hatha and Vinyasa. While still focusing on posture and alignment, this class is sequenced to flow with the rhythm of the music. The music style and sequence will change regularly (every 1-2 weeks). If you’re looking for a class that will get you moving more than a traditional Hatha class, but isn’t as quick-paced as a Vinyasa class, this slow flow class is the perfect in-between. Tune in to your internal rhythm while syncing your movements to your breath and flowing to fun, energetic music.
Slow Flow- Slow flow is a slower paced vinyasa flow class, mindfully linking breath and movement while holding poses a little longer. With a slower pace, there is time to explore and deepen into individual postures. This allows the student to develop a greater connection to his or her body and breath and a chance to pause and reflect inward. You will leave this well balanced class feeling stronger, relaxed and renewed. All levels welcome, but some yoga knowledge is helpful.
Restorative Yoga- Restorative yoga balances a fast lifestyle. It helps provide that physical and mental balance to prevent stress and anxiety, through the use of props that allow you to hold poses longer, giving you all the benefits of deep, passive stretching. Wrapping yourself in a blanket, using a bolster, or keeping your feet up on the wall can help ground and calm you. Create space and let go. During a Restorative yoga sequence, you still stretch, but you relax fully in the stretch so that tension can slowly be released. The comfortable pace of restorative yoga opens the doorway to a deeper understanding of your own body. You receive the greatest benefits from your practice not through forcing yourself into a pose, but by releasing and surrendering to it.
HIIT Class-High-IntensityInterval Training. A training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.
Kids yoga plusart-In this class, kids will learn to use breathing techniques to calm anxiety or stress. Each day your child will experience the benefits of yoga through games and activities and will explore yoga postures to help them feel grounded, find their balance and begin exploring their own creativity. Through the use of movement and breath awareness, they will increase their self-awareness and self confidence. The last part of class will be spent making art projects. Children will explore drawing, painting and more through a variety of art materials. *The Kids class is for children ages 4-10 and.

Mat Pilates-Works to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Pilates mat is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your every day movements.
Relax and Unwind Yoga-A breath-led calming class which focuses on full body relaxation. Simple poses will release tension and stress, promoting relaxation to nourish the body and mind. This is the perfect end of the week treat! Stretch out and challenge your body; increase strength and flexibility, while completely relaxing the mind, getting ready for the weekend ahead.
Beginner Meditation-Each class offers an opportunity to explore yoga and meditation. You will be instructed through gentle postures, breath awareness, and guided relaxation. Erin will help you become comfortable in your practice by offering simple mindfulness exercises, modifications and use of props which will ease you into a still and silent meditation.
Level 2-3 Yoga–For more advanced Yogi’s looking to strengthen their practice through inversions and more advanced poses.
Teen Yoga-A level 1-2 yoga class just for teens ages 12-19.
Family Friendly Yoga-A regular yoga class where babies, toddler and kids of all ages are welcome to join us either by practicing yoga or playing with toys while others participate in class.
